Noelle Imparato’s (2002 PhD Mythological Studies alumna) workshop provides a safe and powerful learning container where, through community building and “mindfulness painting,” we unleash our creative powers to stimulate personal transformation and spiritual awakening. We relax our mind and embrace the emotional layers buried in our body and rarely touched. Letting go of control is the most difficult thing of all, but bringing darkness to light is part of becoming whole.
